Helen's Story

I have known Sharon in her capacity as a Pilates Instructor for over 6 years.  Her dedication to her profession and to her clients is exemplary.

Sharon's knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the philosophy of Pilates is vast, and this, together with her ability to understand the individual needs of her clients, and then to structure their sessions accordingly, I believe is the reason her business is so successful.

As one of her more aged clients, I thank her for helping me to  remain  fit, strong and agile, and I  look forward to each  Pilates session with the same enthusiasm today as I did when I started quite some years ago.
